For 41 years I worked on real jobsites—not in a conference room. I swung the hammer, pulled wire, installed equipment, solved plumbing problems, and walked through homes with customers who simply wanted the job done right.
My background spans general contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home inspections, mold assessment, and General contracting Every lesson came from jobs that had to pass inspection, protect a company's reputation, keep families safe, and make payroll on Friday.

The trades taught me that there is always a better way to build something. That mindset never left—it just shifted from houses and HVAC systems to marketing systems that help contractors grow.
Most importantly, I value time with my wife Jennifer and our family. After spending decades working long hours, missing dinners, and rushing to make it to baseball games, dance recitals, and family events, I know success isn't just measured by revenue.
